- To ensure timely pickups and deliveries of shipments.
- Strict compliance of Standard Operating procedures in all operational activities.
- Coordination with Security Department for ensuring Strict security of Operations Room and places where material is being handled.
- Receiving of inbound material & forwarding of outbound material on same day of arrival.
- Immediate handling of Operational Disorders and their speedy resolution.
- Coordination with Customer Services Department for effective & efficient resolution of customer’s complaints.
- Better understanding & coordination with sales department for providing customized service to our clients.
- Imparts on the job training & coaching to couriers and other operations staff.
- Coordination with Admin Department for ensuring Personal appearance & grooming of couriers, maintenance of their motorbikes and availability of courier kits.
- To ensure proper attendance & punctuality of staff.
- To ensure timely departure of couriers for deliveries/Pickups.
