Key Responsibilities:

A. CCTV Operative Responsibilities

Surveillance Monitoring

Monitor live CCTV footage across the facility in real-time for suspicious or unauthorized activities.

Track and record incidents or behavior that may pose a threat to security or safety.

Incident Response

Alert on-ground security personnel in case of emergencies or irregular activity.

Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.

Maintain detailed logs and footage of any security incidents.

Footage Review & Reporting

Retrieve and review CCTV footage as part of investigations or incident follow-ups.

Prepare incident reports with time-stamped visual evidence.

Ensure data is stored securely and complies with privacy and data protection regulations.

System Maintenance

Report malfunctions or technical issues with surveillance equipment.

Conduct routine checks to ensure all cameras and monitoring systems are functioning properly.

B. Customer Care Representative Responsibilities

Customer Assistance

Greet and assist customers, visitors, and tenants courteously.

Provide information on directions, store locations, events, and mall policies.

Issue Resolution

Handle minor complaints or escalate serious concerns to the appropriate manager.

Record feedback, complaints, or lost-and-found reports accurately.

Communication & Coordination

Liaise with security, housekeeping, or technical staff to address customer needs quickly.

Maintain a helpful and approachable presence at the front desk or customer service counters.

Support for Emergencies

Guide customers during emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations.

Coordinate with security and first responders while keeping customers calm and informed.
