Key Responsibilities:

  • Books shipments & Sentiments orders of walk-in customers & offers them other M&P services
  • Ensures security checks of each shipment

  • Training & Counseling of staff
  • Handles the inquiries/complaints of customers and replies them promptly & courteously to resolve their inquiries/complaints
  • Maintains cleanliness of Branch Office
