Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Execution
    • Execution of day-to-day operations as per OPS Excellence Plan & SOP’s
    • Ensure 100% received shipments are processed on run sheet
    • Ensure 100% delivery attempt of all Over-Night shipments
    • Ensure accurate de-briefing of all SDO’s on daily basis
    • Ensure all delivery sheets are handed over to System Information team timely for smooth recording
    • Ensure daily pickups from customer premises and Express Centers are handled seamlessly
    • Ensure 100% Forwarding of outbound material as per OPS schedule
    • Perform and improve Route Management

 

  • Monitoring
    • Performance review on day to day basis on the given KPI’s
    • Responsible for continuous improvement and counseling of SDO’s and OPS Staff
    • Route Wise & Product wise Performance summaries to identify improvement areas

 

  • Attendance, Adherence & Outlook
    • Ensure optimum attendance of all OPS staff on daily basis
    • Ensure Adherence-to-Schedule of SDO’s and OPS staff as per roster
    • Ensure SDO in/ out timings as per KPI 
    • Ensure all SDO’s turn up and leave from office in official uniform & set standards

 

  • Reporting & Trouble Shoot
    • Balancing reports of OPS activities 
    • Resolution of complaints forwarded by Customers/ Internal Functions.
