Solar System Installation
Assist in the installation of on-grid, hybrid, and off-grid solar systems including wiring of inverters, panels, DB boxes, and protection devices.

Electrical Wiring & Connections
Perform high-quality and safe electrical wiring, conduit laying, circuit connections, and breaker installations as per technical drawings.

System Testing & Troubleshooting
Test electrical components and solar systems for functionality, safety, and compliance. Diagnose and repair faults when required.

Panel & Inverter Mounting
Help with physically mounting solar panels, inverters, and other hardware ensuring mechanical stability and correct placement.

Compliance with Standards
Ensure all electrical work complies with NEPRA, LESCO, and internal safety standards and protocols.

Net Metering Support
Support the technical team during net metering installation and assist DISCO teams in the inspection process.

Tools & Equipment Handling
Maintain tools and electrical equipment in working order. Ensure safe use of tools such as multimeters, drills, testers, and cutters.

Site Safety & Cleanliness
Follow strict safety protocols at job sites and ensure clean, organized workspaces during and after installations.

Coordination with Engineers
Work under the supervision of Technical Engineers and Project Supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and on time.

Documentation & Reporting
Assist in maintaining records of installations, materials used, and daily site activities for internal documentation.
