Technical Consultation & Product Demonstration
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education to clients regarding solar panels, inverters, batteries, and net metering systems.

Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients by understanding their energy needs and offering customized solar solutions.

Site Survey & System Design
Conduct site visits and solar energy assessments to design optimal system layouts using tools such as PVSyst, Helioscope, or AutoCAD.

Proposal Preparation & Costing
Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations based on client requirements and site conditions.

Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while tracking and reporting key performance metrics (KPIs).

Collaboration with Engineering Team
Work closely with the project execution and engineering teams to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and client satisfaction.

Industry & Product Knowledge
Stay up-to-date with the latest solar technologies, market trends, and competitive products to provide informed consultations.

Technical Training & Support
Train and support junior sales staff and clients in understanding product features, installation processes, and solar performance monitoring systems.

Documentation & Compliance
Assist in preparing technical documentation, contracts, net metering applications, and ensure compliance with NEPRA, AEDB, and DISCOs' requirements.

Customer Feedback & Improvement
Gather feedback post-installation and ensure timely resolution of technical complaints to improve service quality and customer retention.
