Housekeeping Supervisor (Female)

We are looking for a female Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and compliance
  • Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping issues promptly


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask
  • Flexible with working shifts, including weekends and holidays


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality (hotels/resorts)
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and health & safety regulations
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
