Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and driven Assistant Manager to support operations at our Cyclopentane (CP) Plant. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing production processes, maintaining plant safety and compliance, and supporting the Plant Manager in day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Oversee and support the daily operations of the Cyclopentane production plant.
2 Monitor production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
3 Coordinate raw material usage and production planning to meet demand and reduce downtime.
4 Implement and enforce EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and company SOPs.
5 Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide timely technical solutions.
6 Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in collaboration with the engineering team.
7 Maintain accurate production and safety records for audits and internal reporting.
8 Lead and train plant operators and junior staff.
