Key Responsibilities:

Operation Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations .
• Ensure parcel deliveries, manage routes and queries.
• Monitor and manage curriers.

Team Supervision:

• Manage and supervise a team of riders, ensuring adherence to schedules and routes.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for riders.
• Handle rider concerns and grievances.

Logistics Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate vehicle routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to clients.
• Monitor real-time logistics operations and address any issues promptly.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and control staff under him .
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
